The laboratory of Jiangsu Yongyi Fasteners Co., Ltd. is a national CANS laboratory with professional and technical ability of testing service.
The main experimental equipment are: metallurgical microscope, microhardness tester, optical surface Rockwell Vickers hardness tester, microcomputer-controlled electro-hydraulic servo universal testing machine (30T/100T/200T/400T), Sharpei projector, high-strength bolts connected to the vice torque coefficient test bench (shaft force), programmable salt spray test chamber, a total of more than 60 sets of equipment, able to carry out tensile tests, hardness tests (Brinell / Rockwell / Vickers), impact test, wedge load test, decarburisation test, fastening shaft force test, torque coefficient test, adaptability test and dozens of tests. The test reports issued are CANS certified, which are authoritative, independent, impartial, technical, standardised, uniform and international, and are recognised by 58 organisations around the world.
