We are a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development and manufacture of high-quality bolt assembly and high-quality hot forging fasteners.
The company covers an area of more than 60,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of more than 60,000 tons of high-quality fasteners, and has provided customers with a total of 2,000,000+ tons of bolt assembly and 2,000,000+ tons of hot forging fasteners. The founder and the core team of the company have more than 30 years of experience in the industry, and with continuous technological innovation, they have been promoting the progress of the industry. The company cooperates closely with many famous universities to explore the frontiers of fastener manufacturing technology, and has been awarded more than 100 patents for technology research and development.
The company adheres to the principle of independent R&D and production, and produces all the bolt assembly from bolts, nuts to washers in-house and strictly controls the product quality to ensure that the quality of each set of bolt assembly is consistent. Hot forging fasteners are produced independently, from forging, to the crucial heat treatment process, to the final coating, each step is carefully controlled. With our mature technology and rich experience, we are able to produce a variety of shaped fasteners to fully meet the needs of different customers.
The company is one of the first enterprises in China to be awarded ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001 certificates as well as CNAS national laboratory certification. Meanwhile, the company has also won a number of honors such as Jiangsu Province Specialized and Specialized New Enterprises, Jiangsu Province Engineering Research Center and so on.
